What is your current turnaround time?

Current production time is 7-10 BUSINESS days. During the busy seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take a little longer and that information will be posted on the listing.

When is my item shipping?

We're as excited as you are for you to receive your one of a kind handmade piece! You can find the ship date of your item on your invoice (one was emailed to you after your purchase.) Your item will ship on the date listed.

Can my order be rush processed?

Yes we do offer rush processing. Rush orders include 48 hour production as well as shipping via priority mail instead of first class. Other shipping methods can be upgraded to at an additional cost (USPS Express or Fedex.) 

I'm ok with the production time frame but I would like a different shipping method. Is that possible?

Sure. Just send me a message and let me know the mailing service you are interested in and I'll send you an invoice to cover the additional cost.

My item is scheduled to ship after the holiday/event I need it for. What can I do?

Don't worry! If you aren't interested in paying the rush fee contact us for a printable gift card you can use to let your recipient know a personalized, one of a kind item is on the way for them. Simply print one out and tuck it in a card.

Can I change the shipping address so the item goes directly to the recipient?

Of course! Please contact me and let me know what the address needs to be updated to. We'll even include a card with your warm wishes at no extra cost. I'll confirm the change with you once the order is processed. 

My item has shipped but hasn't arrived/the tracking information hasn't been updated/it is past the scheduled delivery date on the USPS website. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once we mail a package we have no direct control over it's handling. The post office is only required to scan the package upon acceptance and upon delivery. Sometimes you'll see scans in between as packages cross the country, but during times of heavy volume (like the holidays) you may not as it's not a requirement. The post office DOES NOT guarantee delivery dates on first class mail or priority mail packages. First class mail may take 5-7 days (but is often quicker) and priority mail 2-3 days but neither of these are guaranteed services. If your item is past it's estimated ship date, you can contact the post office at 1-800-ASK-USPS and provide them with the tracking number. If an item is truly "lost" (as in a case has been opened by you on your item but the package has never arrived or turned up) we will open a claim on our side and a replacement item will be sent. Please provide your USPS case number as well as your order number in your email to us for proper handling.

Do you accept returns?

No. Unfortunately there are no returns on personalized items. If there is a problem with your piece (a misspelling, a missing name, incorrect date, broken chain) please know that the issue will be corrected immediately. We'd like to say mistakes don't happen but we're only human so that isn't always the case! Just let us know what issue you are experiencing and we will be happy to rectify the situation for you.
